I’m kind of more proud to present this training template than a few of the others. Not because of the effort I’ve put into it or the training methods used, but because this is about a hometown hero of mine - Dave Bautista. Another wrestler turned actor from the glory days of the WWE, Bautista’s always been insanely yoked and jacked. Along with Eugen Sandow, Bobby Pandour, and George Hackenschmidt I would say that he was one of the most famous and crucial characters in oldschool Physical Culture as well as one of the most innovative. He’s somewhere in my Top 3 figures in the history of Physical Culture and maybe in all of fitness. He pioneered the concept and practice of muscle control, which undoubtedly led to our use and mindfulness of the mind-muscle connection. Today, we’re going to delve into the life and history of this amazing man.

And that that’s due in large part to the man playing him - Chris Pratt. Chris Pratt had always been in shape even before donning the mask and coat to play Peter Quill. But it was during the prep for this role that he got absolutely jacked and managed to leverage the literal awesomeness of his transformation into major sex appeal to become one of Hollywood’s premiere leading men.
