10/23/2021 0 Comments The Battinson Functional Hypertrophy Workout - A Functional Mass Program for The Batman Physique
There were a lot of nonbelievers when Robert Pattinson was cast as the Caped Crusader in Matt Reeves' adaptation of Batman Year One. I, for one, was a believer. I did, however, have some concerns when it came to the physicality this role demanded. But after teaser upon teaser. And trailer upon trailer, most recently the trailer which announced the official date via DC Fandome, those concerns have been assuaged. Robert Pattinson has truly been able to transform himself into Battinson. Much the way that Affleck was able to bring a signature physicality to the Snyderverse Batman that earned the name Batfleck, as it was markedly reminiscent of the Arkham video game franchise. In this article I will breakdown what it takes to pull off a transformation worthy of a spot on the BatFamily roster.

10/1/2021 0 Comments Daredevil/Charlie Cox Workout Okay, so things are heating up over at Marvel. The MCU is in full effect with the Dr.Strange film dropping next month. Hot on the heels of their newest series - Luke Cage. And while I’m not sure if I’ll be doing a Dr.Strange workout (he’s just not that type of hero), I would be remiss not to give you a workout for the MCU show that broke the mold - Daredevil. As you all know I am a huge nerd. And I wanted to share this workout, not only for edutainment purposes, but in anticipation of the upcoming “The Defenders” series. It’s been a week and as promised, I delivered an entire Justice League workout series. It wasn’t easy. But it was fun and I hope it will be for you too. Below I have a little outline and quick guide to the entire series. I’ll always do that for series like this to make it easier for you to navigate. 5/10/2018 0 Comments Ryan Reynolds Deadpool 2 Workout
Over the course of 15 years, Ryan Reynolds has become an absolute icon and force to be reckoned with in Hollywood. From his comedic roles, to his dramatic ones, and everything in between. And not to mention, his physique. Though the jury may be out on his talent (I’m a fan), it’s no question that his desirability in Hollywood skyrocketed after he debuted his absolutely jacked physique in Blade: Trinity. Since then his physique has starred with him in everything from Amityville, to Safe House, to the Proposal. But it’s his role as the one and only Wade Wilson in the Deadpool franchise that has reminded the world that Ryan Reynolds puts in maximum effort on his fitness goals. In this article, we’ll take a look at how he does it.
Cyborg is a relative new comic book character. While the character was introduced 36 years ago, he’s not super popular. As a nerd, I consider a character really popular when they are recognizable to those non-nerd peoples. Cyborg has enjoyed increasing popularity over the decades. Especially when the original Teen Titans series aired over a decade ago. In 2011 DC launched the New 52, which established Cyborg as a founding member of the Justice League. In the upcoming Justice League film he will be portrayed by a burgeoning actor named Ray Fisher. To fulfill this role, Ray had to get into college football shape to play the half man half machine. In this workout, we’re going to work like a machine to get into bionic shape. |
