With the premiere of The Defenders last week, it's only right that I put together a collection of workouts inspired by the actors and heroes from the series. With the exception of Iron Fist, who wasn't well received for so many reasons. To many nerds, the acting and story arcs were weak. To many martial artists, the choreography was amateur. If they tighten up next season, and people are actually looking for an Iron Fist workout, I will deliver.
The Workouts Luke Cage Daredevil Jessica Jones A workout for The Punisher is on the way. And if the rumors are true, then there will be workouts for Blade, Moon Knight, and Ghost Rider as well. To be honest, I probably should’ve done this workout back when the show first premiered. I’m an equal fanboy of both Marvel and DC and Jessica Jones is a favorite of my mother. If not a couple of years ago, I should’ve coupled it with her husband (in the comics. Not yet in the show) Luke Cage’s workout. Better late than never, though. Right?

I recently shared a Black Panther workout based on Golden Era Bodybuilder - Serge Nubret. This time around I’ll be sharing a workout for Black Adam. Who is quite literally, in the comics, a magic Egyptian. So it’s only right that this workout is based on another Golden Era Bodybuilder. The Magic Egyptian - Mohamed Makkawy.
