It’s been a week and as promised, I delivered an entire Justice League workout series. It wasn’t easy. But it was fun and I hope it will be for you too. Below I have a little outline and quick guide to the entire series. I’ll always do that for series like this to make it easier for you to navigate.
Batman v Superman Workout
The Batman v Superman workout is a deviation from the traditional celeb workout procedures. Whereas people usually scour the internet researching the methods used to get a celeb in shape. I set up a hypertrophy workout based on the principle of antagonist supersets. This will make you some serious gains and save you some time. I also included a dynamic strength workout inspired by Bats. And a static strength workout inspired by Supes. Check it out. The Aquaman Workout This workout was really fun to make. Jason Momoa is an active guy and has always been in good shape. But whenever he takes up a new role he has to drop the beers and pick up the weights to really get his physique on track. I included a little bit of info on his previous training way back when he did Conan. And then I give you a weighted calisthenics powerbuilding split to build you some strength and quality muscle. Check it out The Flash Workout Another concept centered workout. We’re not sure what Ezra Miller did to get in shape yet. But we do know he’s a gained a little bit of muscle. And we know he’s playing the world’s fastest man. So with that I brought you a hypertrophy circuit that you can also perform as straight sets. The circuit keeps with the theme of speed. Get in, get out. And I also included a sprinting conditioning workout using sprints and burpees. Check it out. The Cyborg Workout One of the most illusive cast members because he’s a relative unknown. Couldn’t find any info on his workout. But on his instagram we see him training at Mark Twight’s facility and judging by the gear that’s around him we can extrapolate a something. Judging by the rings and box and such, we can assume he’s running some type of CrossFit program. Knowing Mark Twight, it’s probably not as simple as saying that. Probably a bit more functional. So I kept it practical and functional. Check it out. The Wonder Woman Workout I saved the best for last. Wonder Woman has always been badass since the days of Lynda Carter. Now, Gal Gadot has taken up the role. A beauty queen like Carter. An ex-soldier like, well, no one else on the cast. She loves to lifts weights. But like a lot of weight lifters, when she started training with Twight she couldn’t do a full pullup. I derived this program partially from one of the workouts she reportedly did with Twight. Another CrossFit inspired workout. I had a lot of fun making this workout. Check it out. That’s All She Wrote I wish I could’ve united the seven. Because the movie’s slogan was “Unite The Seven”. I didn’t want to cheat you with a Ryan Reynolds workout and call it a Green Lantern workout. Personally, I think there are a handful of actors out there that would make a great Hal Jordan. But only time will tell. I can tell you this, though. The very minute Green Lantern is confirmed for this film. The very minute we know who’s been cast. I’ll unite the seven with a Green Lantern workout and add it to this post as well. Until then, I hope you have fun with these workouts. Don’t forget to subscribe to get more.
