I’m pleased to inform you all that there’s a new challenge here at BarLords for all to try. It’s called the Flashpoint Accelerated Shredding Challenge. It’s purpose is, you guessed it, to get you shredded. And in record timing. These aren’t your average haphazardly thrown together circuits. These were made with purpose and intent. And that purpose and intent is to bring out in the best in those willing to put them to use.
The Challenge
The challenge is to get through this program within 6-8 weeks. Giving it maximum effort and practicing discipline with your diet. We all know my philosophy when it comes to nutrition and nutrition advice. The program itself is made up of three different level workouts. One for beginners, one for intermediates, and one for those of you who are a bit more advanced. As I said before, the circuits are not your run of the mill haphazardly put together circuits that fatigue you too quickly or don’t challenge you at all. A lot of hypertrophy circuits out there leave much to be desired. Such as an actual method to the madness. This is not the case with anything that I do. And these circuits are no exception. The circuits in this challenge were intelligently designed. Being meticulously structured and utilizing carefully selected progressions. Your muscles will be worked and worked hard. You’ll be able to give it your all without worrying about being muscularly fatigued too early. The way these circuits are set up, you will burn fat. And you will build and maintain muscle. Some say this is impossible but this is simply not the case. This will be covered in future articles but you can check below for more information. To participate in the challenge all you have to do is sign up below. It’s that simple. Once you sign up you’ll be able to download the program immediately. Besides the obvious reward of getting shredded, you are also eligible for other rewards as well. Completing the challenge and sharing your journey with before and after pics, and a brief summary of your experience qualifies you for one of more cool perks such as

In Conclusion
I’m really excited to launch this challenge. It’s my first official challenge what with the program and rewards and all. I post tons of free and quality workouts on a regular basis but this is an entire program at your disposal. And I’m excited to see how you all will challenge yourself and transform over the course of the next 6-8 weeks. This is not the only challenge I will be launching this month, though. Towards the end of the month, possibly the First of November, I will launch another challenge for those of you who may not be looking to shredded. We are moving into Winter after all.
